In line with the company’s dividend payment policy, the Board of Directors has also approved interim dividend payment at the rate of 0.19 baht per share for the 2019 fiscal year performance of 320 million baht net profit, which is an increase of 10.3% on the year 2018. The interim dividends will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on DTC’s share register book on the Record Date of 2 April 2020. The final interim dividend payment shall be made on 17 April 2020.
2019 was a challenging year for DTC but the company was still able to post positive results.
